Abstract

In the article, the views of contemporary Kazakh thinkers on the issue of human destiny in the era of globalisation are examined, and a historical-philosophical analysis of the problem of destiny is carried out. Recognizing the objective processes of globalization, the article analyzes the views of contemporary Kazakh thinkers who argue for the necessity of strengthening, enriching, and presenting to the world such values formed inKazakhstan from ancient times to the present as humanism, tolerance, cooperation, interethnic and spiritualharmony, stability, trust, the democratic traditions of the people, and freedom of speech. These values are interpreted not only as cultural heritage but also as universal resources for addressing the problems of modernglobal society. Contemporary Kazakh thinkers attempt to address the problem of human destiny in the context of globalisation by proposing a model of a new generation that assumes responsibility for shaping its ownidentity and is capable of making ethical and conscious cultural choices. In this perspective, human destinyunder globalisation is determined through the dialogue between tradition and modern values. In the concluding part of the article, the author arrives at the following statement: “In the twenty-first century, the Kazakhworldview, while shaping an increasingly intricate and multidimensional cultural identity, has preserved itscore essence; rather than dissolving, it has evolved in response to the currents of modernity.”
